Definitely a cool finish to this weekends shows of Definitely a cool finish to this weekends shows of Loaded at Devizes Street Festival! 🌎 It’s seems like the planet could do with some cooling off right about now too, due to the current Climate Crisis we’re in. The size of our show props means we drive in a BIG van and, to be honest, we’re not that comfortable with it and the impact it’s having on the environment. For all future projects we’re looking at how we can get around this and are aspiring to become Carbon Neutral as a company. In the short term we’ve been Carbon off-setting all of our travel. We of course recognise that Carbon Off-setting is in no way the answer to tackling the climate crisis, the only real way to do it is to reduce our carbon emissions. But in the short term, for us at least, Carbon Off-setting is a small step in our journey to becoming Carbon Neutral. We travelled 242 miles to perform in Devizes, that journey emitted approx 91.96kg of Carbon and it will cost us just 75p to offset.
